hello dizziness, havent seen you in a while

Morning everyone.
Well today my old friend dizziness has returned with avengence.I suffered with this alot back in Dec and Jan, but recently it had got alot better, practically disappeared.
Well today i feel terrible, can't get off the sofa, with 2 young kids to look after, that's not good.
I haven't slept that well for last week or so as little one is teething so i am hoping its just because i am tired, and not that it is back for good.
Terrified of fainting with the kids, which is making me feel worst.
Any ideas to help?

Oh, i get that too all the time. It won't help that you haven't slept well for a while either. I too am terrified that i will pass out. It's not that the room is spinning for me either it's really hard to explain, but it worries me when it happens.
