heart constantly beating fast

Hi everyone
I ve just been through a really awful experience and it has caused my panic and agoraphobia to come back, the worst thing is my heart, ive noticed that its always beating fast, even when i wake up its racing until i go to sleep, im so scared im going to have a heart attack. My doctor done an ecg and im waiting for the results, she wanted to put me on beta blockers but ive been on them before and it made my anxiety worse. Im so scared about the effect this will have on my health.
Any advice would be appreciated because Im so worried. :weep:

I get this all the time. My heart always feels strange in my chest and beats quickly. I'm so fed up of this feeling too. I also worry about what effect it will have on my heart. I've had ecg's and bloods and all has come back ok.
