Having a panic attack. I'm scared

For the last week I would randomly get this numb feeling on the right corner of my forehead. I am freaking out!!! As soon as it happens I have a massive freakout

I get neck, shoulder, back pain. Had chest pain this week, but it's starting to get better, I have had horrible insomnia all week.

What is it? I just want to go back to normal

Its all anxiety i am afraid. I get random numb patches, arm and side of head. My back has ached off all week and i am off balance and also havent slept the last few nights. Just try not to panic and it will pass.

Today the numbness on the right side of my scalp has turned into tingling as well. I also woke up with a weird throat, I am so worried. Whats happening??

Is it caused by a migraine??
