Hi,

sounds like a lot of supportive people using this site, gives hope!

I used to suffer from panic attacks, got through this with counselling, but anxiety now takes the form of obsessive thoughts, pure o maybe? having counselling again, but progress is up and down, it's never a straight line is it...

anyway, feels like a positive place here :)
