Scared!!!

Has anyone ever had a funny episode out of the blue and feel like they had no power in one arm/hand? I have just been shopping and when i got in my heads went all funny and then my right arm felt strange like i have no power in it and like i couldnt grip properly. It still feels strange now.

Hiya,

That's anxiety again the bloody thing is horrible. Sit yourself down and do some breathing exercises in through the nose and out through the mouth for 5 minutes. Honestly anxiety sucks I'm on Citalopram and it's all but gone but know the feeling of fear all too well. Try not to worry and have a nice hire bath to open your blood vessels up.
