Any suggestions?

Once I start to feel better I'm really keen to get rid of the jittery feelings so I can get bck to normal. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Lindy,
I think rest is the first thing and then when you get your energy back try some exercise a light jog, a swim, skipping. It helps to flush the adrenaline out of your system amongst other things. Also try to continue with things no matter how your feeling, keeping yourself busy is better than sitting around worrying and ruminating, you get your confidence back quicker that way. Some daily meditation and relaxation exercises will really help over the long term if you are disciplined enough to do it regularly.
