I've got free yourself from fear, overcoming worry and i've read overcoming anxiety- think that was good and overcoming panic
Looking for something else. I can't get anything to work for me. got general anxiety really, lately depersonalisation
(need more help
been to doctor useless added to my stress)
i seem to get so far and then i just go back to being anxious im useless at sticking to yoga etc
sugesstions?

I did find a book but I can't remember which one is was, at the beginning they look at your anxiety and what yourf symptoms are, any help finding that one will be appreciated
