HI all....Ok this is my first time on here....i thought it might be good to speak to others..I have had depression and anxity for over 5 years now...last night i had the longest panic attack i have ever had and it was in my own home for the first time.....really freaked me out.....feel really tired today now......just wanted to say hi really...see if i can learn from others and help others too...

Panic attacks can be really frightening and leave you feeling mentally and physically drained for hours after the event. Lots of friendly and supportive members here who can relate to your issues and as you say, your experiences can help others too, so keep reading and posting!!
