Hi every1
just another of my many ailments playing on my mind, my back hurts but only in 1 place and not all of the time, when i bend my back, about half way up one on the little bobbly bits on my spine hurts, back to worring bout slipped disk, silly i know, could the muscle make this hurt??
picking up my son who weighs 2 stone all day probably dosn't help lol
thanks peeps

Hi Leanne, I believe you have hit the nail on the head, picking up your son all day really won't help any muscle tension/pain, although kids do like to be carried!!! If it were a slipped disc mate, no way would you be able to even bend to pick him up, take care xxx

hi
thanks for your reply., im feeling a bit better but its still there, why is it i cant just be like i used to, just take it as a normal back ache, instead now im thinking its something really bad, i hate this anxiety, i cant ever see it going away and me not worrying anymore!!

Hi, Sorry I know this is a really old post but I have exactly the same pain in one single vertebrae. Just one and its really quite sore. It started today after yesterday I was gardening all day. Im freaking out about lots of things (from slipped disk to caner, im ridiculous I know) but I just feel its a bit weird if one vertebrae hurts, it also seems bigger than the others.....I was wondering how you got along and did it go away with rest......?

The OP hasn’t been on for a couple years, but I’d say if you spent yesterday gardening then it would be totally natural for you to have some twinges and discomfort today. I know when I’m gardening I end up twisting and bending in all sorts of non-normal ways while planting or pulling weeds. Have a couple days of soreness then back to normal. Maybe have a hot soak in the tub.
