Ok this is so stupid, but my fella was round his mates last night for a few drinks, and i really want to call him to check where he went if he is at home ect, complete paranoia and i know that i shouldnt do it as i should trust him but i hate not knowing!!!!!!!

Enjoy the time on your own. Run a nice bubble bath and pour yourself a glass of wine and you soon will forget what hes doing or is that just me.
When i get a couple of hours on my own i make the most of them. Stop worrying he came home to you after so obviously he loves you.

Thats the thing I dont live with my partner so he doesnt come home to me, and i wanted to show him i trust him so i didnt call him last night just sent him a txt saying goodnight (he doesnt reply but there are reasons why) I cant chill out now as im at work and because im bored its making me more anxious!!!
