Been a lurker on here on and off for about 3 years, randomly started feeling terrible one day 3 years ago, was given allsorts of diffrent reasons for it from doctors didnt really believe that it could be anxiety, spent a year feeling awful and getting frustrated with it, and eventually seemed to get a bit better for a year or so, bout 6 weeks ago got a flu which seemed to bring it all back again, and I'm getting to the point where I've started to accept its anxiety
Anyways I'm Mike, 25 live in north west, Will be a bit more active on here than I have been in the past, happy to talk to anyone going though the same :D
