well todays not going to good waiting for a phone call to tell me when i can go and see my special friend normally im there before this time on a sunday now as its getting later and later the anxiety is getting worse as time goes on i just need to se her then it will fade away.:weep:

Is this a relationship friend? why do you have to wait for a phone call? Sound ambiguous! Are you able to give more info as to why you are anxious that you are not able to see this friend!?:huh:

ive known my special friend since she was i young girl i m very close friend of the family except her dad that left when she was a baby she s more like the daughter i never had.we look after each other.she was out this morning she said she would ring me around dinner time when she got back we all ways have lunch together on sunday just worried if she is ok and its causing me anxiety again i know its probebly nothing i cant help worry about her:scared15:
