Awake again !!!!

Hi Manda,

I am awake, but its afternoon here in Australia :)...I do sympathise with you about waking early I wake between 4-5am every morning, its such a lonely time because everyone else is asleep and I am wandering the house drinking cups of (de-caf) tea, when all you want to do is sleep but you cant because the brain starts its thinking!!!

Little late sorry.

It's my biggest problem, I find myself awake at all hours, then so tired the following day I can't think straight and feel awful. By early evening I can't keep my eyes open. Once the cycle begins it can take weeks to get back into a proper sleeping pattern. I have used "Nytol" to help and find it does work, but is better used occasionally than on a regular basis.

I also find when tired the "dark days" and anxiety levels become higher. But touchwood am not too bad at the moment. But sleeping properly has always been a big problem for me.
