Hi, I've been suffering with allergy phobias for years but for four years now I've become scared of having an allergy to almost anything! I eat the same thing every day, never change shampoo or toothpaste, won't take meds. Its ruining my life as I have 3 children and can't fully enjoy things :(. Apart from that things are great!! ;)

Great place to get advice and share your problems AllyC.
We all have different anxiety symptoms, which are debilitating and difficult to deal with.
Personally it helps me to take part in Threads on this site, it makes you realise that you do not have to suffer in silence and in some small way help other sufferers.
