Dizzieness

Hi folks wondering if anybody can help put my mind at rest cause to be honest I'm sick of docs they don't understand, iv been On Effexor for the last 3 months which prob has helped a little with anxious thoughts but the dizziness iv bn getting lately is so scarey I was wondering after three months If it's still possible to get this sideffects and also can anxiety do this too, I can't do things I enjoy like running and football cause I'm so dizzy x

Anxiety can definitely cause dizziness, but to what extent I dont know. A few years back I had wrongly assumed I had something serious. I was getting all sort of aches, pains, a bit of dizziness....and it was all basically just anxiety. I was totally shocked the effect it can have on a person. Anyway, go to docs, even though you dont like them, they are a lot closer to being an expert than me!
