light headed and dizzy also bad anxiety

so when im out walking alone or just in public i always feel light headed then my heart starts racing is that anxiety or something else other peoples experiences would be nice to hear just so i no im not a weirdo lol

defo both symptons of anxiety for sure - but worth checking with your gp if you are worried. They can also advise you about anxiety treatment.
