Hello!
I've been suffering with anxiety and ocd for the past 3 and a half years, the first 6 months were hell till i found out what was wrong with me. I started taking Cipralex which was a godsend and made me feel like the old me....thought i was better then after 6 months off meds it all came back so back on the Cipralex since xmas but don't feel they are working as well as the first time i took them:mad: i don't really want to increase my dose as they make me very sleepy. I love my excercise and worry that i'll be too sleepy to do it as i beleive it helps alot. Can't beleive i've actually plucked up courage to join this site :)
