Well , after my fit of panick the other day about the pill, i have now stopped it, 2 days later and have now started to bleed, ok so im happyish now but now im bleeding im in alot of pain, (at this point add my last post on hip pain) Its making the constant hip and back pain really painful. . am also concerned that i only had my bleed 2 weeks ago and now ive made my self bleed so soon,

Ok, can i cause my self harm by bleeding so soon, and why is my hip pain so horrible now im on my period....
On a good note, i have my second CBT assessment in the morning, i needed a second due to my HA being so severe, i needed to see some one better suited for my needs xx
