A few months ago i had my first assessment for cbt... I was diagnosed with depression and severe health anxiety. I have been on many a ups and downs. And today i have a 2nd assessment with another person who deals with the severe end of anxiety. Well am very much looking forward to this as my anxiety is thru the roof!!
