i started feeling really spaced out and now im starting to panic i cant control my breathing and i keep burping. im so spaced out its awful how do i calm down.

hi Ricky, hopefully you'll have calmed down by now as panic has a limited time scale usually your anxiety levels will start to reduce after 30 mins once the adrenaline rush has past then you'll probably still feel a little worn out or shakey so just take care of yourself if you can. Have a cup of tea and put your feet up while your body restores itself.

Hi Ricky,
Try to do something in the house to take your mind off the panic, vacuum, washing up cleaning, or, if you can go outside, go for a 20 minute walk, anything to distract away from the way you are feeling.
If you have any relaxation CD's, put one one!
Also, put your TV on so you have something going on in the background when you are trying to busy yourself.
I know how difficult it is.

yeah i did calm down. but i resulted to a can of beer which isnt good. thank you for the advice. x
