Are these symptoms of anxiety?

I nearly everyday get muscle spasms or tingling on the left side of my body arms and legs ( breast) never or rearly on the right also i have this ringing in my ear now and again just 1sec long but it can be quite loud is this normal or maybe side affects of my Tablets which are Propanodol?
