My throat feels like its closing up!

Hi, Im freaking out because my throat feels like it is closing up Im also freaking out because for the past to weeks I have been chronically panicking and feeling stressed I'm scared this will lead to a severe stroke, I can't calm down at all I'm so so so scared.

I get this when stressed caused by anxiety as well

It won't cause a stroke

Your throat will not close up , doesnt even happen with a stroke . Its a common anxiety symptom one of the horrible ones im afraid. Just keep thinking it will not harm you and breath through it , It will pass x

It could just be GLobus too, thats where your throat feels constricted, but your airways are fine and it goes when you eat. If it is, its just where the muscle in your neck tightens, but it goes with time.

i get this too in my throat its caused by anxiety and stress i hate it when it happens to me as i dont like the feeling its horrible lol
