Left side pain. Feels muscular?

My left side and stomach feel sore I can feel it aching like in the muscles but I've not strained them. Could constipation or trapped wind effect the muscles or make them feel sore? Scared its a big tumour or something in there.

It's pretty much left side top to bottom.

could be a combination of muscle pain and trapped wind, could be the constipation though depending on when you last went. for the constipation the best things i've found for it are: fruit smoothies (such as the innocent brand as they're 100% fruit) peanuts helped me a lot, as did wholemeal biscuits, and hot water (i usually have 'hot squash' lol) some coke always helps bring up wind for me, and don't push at all on the loo, see if you can modify what you're eating and go naturally as it's very easy to hurt yourself. i literally pushed a bit once or twice (not even a lot) and i had muscle pain for a week, i don't know how i did that much damage but i did lol Xx
