try to close your eyes and deep breath - and think of some thing like a heart link - something that brings back good memories - breathe in for 3 - hold and breath out thru your mouth and say relax - do this for 7 minutes - hope u feel better soon x
Hey!! I know it's scary but you'll be alright :) Try to calm down and slow your breating a little.
