hey fellow suffers, was just looking for some tips on how to cope with my general anxiety, exp the unrealness sometimes it's so intense i dont know what to do. also wondered if ne 1s got ne tips for my boyfriend, he's my carer and is looking for ways to help me, any ideas would be appreciated, thanks xxx.
