help scared about mouth now

i dont know why but just decided to look inmy mouth with a torch, i have small lumps on the back of my throat, i dont a sore throat or anything and the bumps are the same colour as my skin, im petrified now, what if its cancer, i just googled it, olease some1 tell me they have this 2

I've worried about tese lumps before at the back of my tongue - they are part of your tongue and contain taste buds for sour and bitter things.
