My allergies are really bad this week ... pollen counts are high all over. I used to take allegra for my ragweed in the fall, worked pretty well for that ... but it stopped working in the winter (when the dust/pet dander kicked in), so I switched to zyrtec ... zyrtec doesn't feel like it's working well for my spring allergies. I had some leftover allegra so I am trying that again today.
I never had any benefit from claritin .. tried it for two weeks and felt no changes.
For people with a lot of allergies, like me, do you find you need to switch based on what is causing your symptoms/time of year?
