Do you only get panic attacks whilst sitting down and talking to someone or driving?

Hello,

Does anyone here ever get this feeling of a panic attack coming on with fainting feelings sometimes when sitting down and talking to someone or driving only that is alleviated by standing up and pacing?

i have never had a panic attack whilst standing, only when sitting down relaxing whilst talking to a doctor or something like that.

Anyone else have this?

Mine are horizontal and vertical, they come at any time.:D
