just upped to 20mg from 10mg - head ache

hi guys,
I've been on 10mg cit for 5 weeks and just upped today to 20mg, and i feel quite nauseous. i only took it a few hours ago - am i getting side effects already???
i had really bad side effects on 10mg for at least 3 weeks - I'm just hoping that i am not going to go thru it all again.

has anyone felt this??
help please x

Hi Jenny, Yes i think you could be getting side effects already, when i went from 10 to 20 i did notice some side effects but not quite as bad as the first time and not for quite as long. I also get really bad side effects going onto cit but as my doc told me if you are getting side effects that are clearly doing something. I always cling to that when the effects are bad.

I'm sure you will feel much better soon for the increase.

thanks - I'm just feeling a bit dizzy in the morning - but i no it'll wear off soon - by the afternoon / evening I'm fine x
