Hi all
I joined in 2007and have not really used the forum since except to check things I'm going through now and again to see if others are having the same expreriences, and thankfully (sort of) someone usually is... not that it is good you understand, it just reassures me I'm not alone, so thank you for your support although you may not always realise you are providing it :hugs:
I suffer with anxiety and the occassional panic attack, the frequency of which seem random...mostly I am just an anxious wreck, but do my best to talk myself around and 'cope' the best I can, again sometimes better than others...
I just wanted to say hi and thanks all at once :blush:
