well ive been kind of recovering from health anxiety numbness and depersonalisation my head obviously isnt fully clear at the moment as it might take years until im fully better but when i try and exercise i get really fatigued and like theres a blcokage in my head, cantr eally describe it any better than that, any feedback would be appreciated
