hi, im pretty new joined yesterday, and i was hoping some one could give me some advice on unrealnness. i kno most of us get it with anxiety, but i get it so intensley, every little thing i look at looks unreal n i get times where i can feel it, even if i close my eyes, and things grate me, if my boy friend rubs his arm or something it goes straight through me, is it being this bad normal or am i going mad? and does any one have any suggestions how to cope with it? cos it's so bad and theres no way to hide from it or distract myself from it cos everythings unreal, sorry to carry on it just scares me so much, any help would be appreciated. thanks, michelle x.[Sigh...]
