seeing stars

Hi im back. Been feeling ok for a few weeks yesterday i was in the car travelling to london, been on the motorway for over 2 hours and went to the services for a rest break as getting out of the car i started to see LOTS of bright stars in my eyes. It only lasted a few seconds and hasnt happened since but it has relly freaked me out. Had blood pressure taken on tuesday and nurse said it was fine. Any advice?

You were probably just tired and needed a break. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about.

i get them alll the time! stars, flashes, dots of light its just anxiety though :) x

Yep, I get flashes of light randomly, sometimes makes me turn around of look in the direction of them thinking its something else. I had a very extensive eye test recently (loved my optician!) and my eyes are perfectly healthy. He said, in a very nice way, that I've probably just been busy and stressed at work and they were nothing to be concerned about.
