Is this still even anxiety??

Hi everyone.

As mentioned in my other posts, I had trouble at my last house which left me very anxious and scared. I moved and thought it would make everything better, it didn't and I have been left feeling even worse.

I have been having bad panic attacks, and can't even stay in the new house as it sets them off so bad.

I have been constantly crying, feeling tired, not eating, irritable, finding it hard to cope with my daughter, not wanting to do anything or see anyone, don't care what I look like...

Is this all down to the anxiety? Cos now I'm panicking I've got something else wrong with me

It sounds like depression and anxiety, I totally agree with Beckybooboo, go and talk to your doctor and tell him how you feel and how it is effecting your life.
If you are not taking medication, he may suggest Antidepressants or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
