For 2 days now I have had a straight headache not sure what caused it
But at he minute I'm full of anxiety thinking of wt it old be scared to sleep and everything :weep:

It's making me so panicky it's unreal

Probably dehydration. Have you tried some painkillers ? Also drink some water and see how it goes tomorrow.

I was about to say dehydration, with a splash of tension and a cup full of anxiety is a perfect recipe for a headache that lingers...also sometimes when you take headache pills too often they can cause rebound headaches, so sometimes it pays to lay off the pain killers x
