Does anyone get skin complaints with anxiety? I had an itchy rash on both elbows a couple of month ago and doc said eczema. Also the last few weeks i had a small itchy spot on my knee and when i squeezed it some liquid came out and i have had one on my hand, wrist and arm. I didnt know anxiety could affect your skin.

It can, my sister gets terrible eczema on her elbows and legs when she's overly stressed. My elbows get itchy and sore when I'm stressed too.

If you've been to the doc and he/she says it's nothing to worry about, it's nothing to worry about. If it gets worse or doesn't clear up just go back, they may be able to give/suggest some cream for you to help ease it or get rid of it. x

I had skin complaint on my face went all blotchy was told its stress related.
