heart beating very fast tonight

I know this is a typical post in this forum but my heart is beating more than 90 per minute while at rest, this isn't normal right?

Mine can go over 100, I really think it is just adrenaline and anxiety. Slow deep breaths help me and trying to take my mind off it too. Our hearts can beat really fast when we exercise so don't worry, you will be fine. There is lots of helpful info in the symptoms section on this site. Take care and pm me if you need to. Think at rest heart can be between 60 and 100 hun wouldnt worry are u feeling abit anxious?

Mine often is between 80 and 100 if I'm sitting down, if I get any sort of emotion it shoots up so if you're worrying that will be the reason.
If it's under 200 you've nothing to worry about :)

Mine has averaged 105 bpm resting for 7 years as I take medication that increases my heart rate. Every time I complain to my Gp about the rapid beating GP says nothing to worry about your heart is fine .......
