Short of breath, tight under rib cage and tired

Had a funny couple of days, feel like I can't breath propably and feel tight on the top of rib cage. Trying not to worry and put it down to anxiety as I have had this before. Using my cbt tools which are helping but the power of HA is strong. Anyone else get this please? Thanks

I get a tight feeling around the bottom of my ribs and constantly feel like I can't breathe properly, it is anxiety/panic. I am also using CBT tools to eleviate. I try distraction tactics aswell, cleaning the house, have the tv on in the background, generally try to keep busy.
