Hi,
I had a spot on my left cheekbone yesterday and I poked it -- stupidly -- and now it's gonna really lumpy.
I have Body Dysmorphic Disorder and now I can't leave the house because I can't get over how disgusting it looks.
I've looked in a number of mirrors and it looks disgusting.
I'm supposed to be seeing my girlfriend in two days , she doesn't know I have BDD, and I don't know what to do.
I am worried it looks really noticeable.
I tried concealer, but it doesn't look any better.
Please can anyone offer any advice?
