im distraught, I've just been told my uncle has had 2 heart attacks last night/today. my panic is now at 100%
my mum - his sister died 3 years ago from a heart attack, he is only 56.
I don't know what's happening right now and I don't k iw what to do. omg I am terrified for him and of corse my heart/health anxiety is now telling my brain all sorts of terrible stuff, this is obviously a family problem now, I'm bound to be in line for this.
