Aching neck is really freaking me out!!

:( I hate this! I've had an achy back left side of my neck for about 6weeks it's not horrendous pain and now it's just a really annoying ache where I can't seem to get comfortable. I've convinced myself it's something awful (as usual lol) it's frightening the life out of me. :-( I don't doubt realistically it's my rubbish pillows but you know How it is...

If it helps, I've had one for about 6 weeks as well. I slept on my stomach with my neck twisted and knotted everything up and it just keeps staying sore. It gets better but then one night not sleeping right and there it goes again. I even have one of those special neck pillows for sleeping at night, hah! I may get a massage soon.
