Chest pain

Have had on off chest pains all morning just under my collar bone, I think I must have slept funny as my arm is aching too!

I keep telling myself its just muscle pain (although very painful) but it doesnt stop the anxious thoughts.

How can I stop myself panicking?? Im at work and im finding it really hard to concentrate.
