Fleeting abdominal and chest pains

Hi everybody, I need some reassurance. For the last week now I've had occasional sharp pains that only last a few seconds, anywhere in my torso but mainly under my ribs on both sides but also on the front of my chest, in the middle of my belly, and on the sides of my chest. I've googled and googled but can't find anything relating to such random moving pains like this. I'm really afraid of what it might be :weep: Has anybody else ever had this?

could it be costochonditis? I suffer from something very similar and have had it for 3 months. It's simply an inflammatory condition of the ribs, nothing serious.

I'm not sure, some of the pain is in my ribs but I get it in my belly as well. I guess it must be more than one condition at once because one thing wouldn't cause chest pain AND abdominal pain??:huh:
