Well I got so worried that I went to the docs because of my breathing. Did not google (cbt is working). She listened to my heart, chest etc and says it is my anxiety, my bp was slightly up but that is not unusual for me. Damn HA, feel a failure as I went to the docs, one thing cbt taught me is not to seek reassurance and I did :-(

The most important thing is you have recognised it and are making progress....its not easier but if youre further forward than you were a week, a month ago then you have made progress so go you :)

Breathing issues not so bad today, trying to focus away from it. And have just learnt about the 7/11 breathing.
