just had to deal with the window cleaner by myself because my partner is out picking my son up, and i was going to ignore the door but i didnt because didnt want to be ignorant and plus i had to pay him, and i rushed to the door and he asked me couple of questions about the dog and then now im back in sitin down finding it hard to catch my breath, and my heart is pounding and i feel in panic, i feel like going out to him and akin for help.
could i feel like this because im shy and having to this is a big thing as i dont normally do it? can it really make me breathless?
