Going out for a friend's birthday tonight - clubs & bars

And I'm really anxious about the whole thing!
A few of her friends are going who I've never met before so its also a case of new people.
I hate clubbing anyway but looks as though we're going to two bars and a club tonight :( I can't really get out of it as shes one of my closest friends.

I have the same thing tonight I am going out for a friends birthday but it's with the girls I work with, this is the first time I have been out since being diagnosed with anxiety and depression. I am already panicing!!
