Or the last 3 weeks I've felt absolutely terrible I had the flu early in may bed ridden for about 2 weeks. Haven't been out of my house for easy 4 weeks I don't really no why. I like to get out and do things. I tried To go for a walk the other night but had a massive panic atack. A few months ago had a pretty bad psychotic episode which I made a really good recovery about 90%. But now I fell like I'm starting to get really cooped up..depression,night mares,ensominia,derelization,depersilization, what could help me break out of this cycle of got myself in so I can just get back into life?
