Bulging veins

Hi,

I have been suffering from anxiety and depression over the last 6-8 months. I have been doing very well in recent months regarding health worries. I just wanted to ask about bulging veins in my hand and arms? I've always had prominent veins in this area but they look much bigger lately, especially in this hot weather? Could it be something serious? It just looks odd when they bulge so much.

It's quite normal.. Veins will come to the surface in the heat in an attempt to cool your body down :) I've noticed a lot more prominent veins in my arms over the last few days. I wouldn't worry too much if they aren't causing any pain. I'm sure a Dr or nurse would be able to put your mind at ease :)
