I am interested in STOPPING this madness in my life. Any good books someone can recommend for health anxiety?

don't know about health anx in particular but Claire Weekes is the absolute anti-anxiety guru as far as I am concerned. Try her books.

I ordered one of them from this site while I was suffering last year. It did help a lot.

I agree the David Veale, Rob Wilson book was very very helpful, even when I was having CBT it was great to read in between and get reminders of what I am doing and what I should be doing!

I try and have a wee read at least once a week from it to remind myself to practice the exercises. but sometimes it slips to longer, which is fine if youa re coping but probably should be more regular if you happen to be in the grips of HA.
