Sick of this depression

I need to rant sorry !! arghhh this depression never leaves me alone i get a break for five mins and then its back im done !!! im fed up of crying thats all i seem to be doing i have no motivation :(:(

I don't advocate taking medication but Prozac did help me with the depression many years ago.

Have you talked to your doc about things?

i have had this depression on and off for as long as i can remember im on
mirtazpine 45mg at night i dont think its working anymore :( (i know a tablet is not the answer ) but it use to work :( x

hi nicola join the club hun i have depression too for 8 years i cry wont eat or drink while am depressed i take mirtazpine 15mg and there not working, gps are a waste of space too
